Over the next few days, as we all settle into our new routines, it’s possible some of us will feel we aren’t doing a “good enough” job. At times like these it is even more important to stay connected with oneself.

It can help us each day to keep our perspective by cultivating gratitude, setting intentions, priming our brain with affirmations and finally, supporting growth through reflection. In the long-term it can help re-calibrate our mind, enhance our self-efficacy and enrich our life.
While we’re self-isolating or practising social distancing, these ways to wellbeing can be adapted to help us look after ourselves.
Now that we all need to stay at home, it is imperative that we redefine our rituals and maintain a structure and a routine in our day by creating a timetable for ourselves.
