Now that we all need to stay at home, it is imperative that we redefine our rituals and maintain a structure and a routine in our day by creating a timetable for ourselves.
To take control of our current situation, make sure we are following current advice, and avoid feeling distressed, overwhelmed or helpless, it’s important to first make sure we have the knowledge we need to make decisions and take appropriate action.

In view of what is happening in the world at the moment, and given the unprecedented challenges that our students are currently facing, I decided to release all the videos that we have developed so far in an attempt to support young people at this time.
